• Work with our career specialists to select from a pool of qualified candidates.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Provide short-term employment experiences that give young adults (ages 16-24) the opportunity to gain meaningful work skills.
work2future will pay 100% of the worker’s wages and associated costs – you provide structured supervision and resume-building workplace experience.
You can hire the newly trained employee at the end of the contract, but there is no obligation.

TRAINING FUNDS FOR INCUMBENT WORKERS

• Want to train your current staff? We’ll reimburse your costs – between 50-90% – for training you provide to your existing workforce.
• Use these funds to help your team build and develop the skills necessary to stay competitive or increase their skill level to advance and add value within your company.

RECRUITING ASSISTANCE

• Large-scale job fairs and industry-specific hiring events.
• Specialized recruitment events for single employers or programs

WORK SHARE
Avoid layoffs during a temporary downturn by shortening ployees’ hours - workers maintain health and retirement benefits and are allowed to collect prorated unemployment benefits to offset lost wages.
When the downturn ends, hours are restored.
