The City of San Jose, through work2future, the Workforce Development Board for the San Jose Silicon Valley area, seeks qualified individuals and entities to provide Online Training to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act eligible clients. Online training will be web-based and allow access for each user from a desktop, laptop, or tablet computer via the internet. This RFP solicits proposals for unique and innovative training that provides WIOA clients with opportunities to obtain knowledge and skills to prepare them for careers in the WDB’s priority sectors: Finance, Advanced Manufacturing, Information and Communications Technology (“ICT”), Construction/Pre-Apprenticeship, Healthcare, Other key sectors identified by the WDB.
Online Training can be self-paced, time-limited, instructor-led, virtual, or any combination of the above.
