What is the PG&E PowerPathway™ Program?
The PG&E PowerPathway Program was created in 2008 to train individuals throughout PG&E’s service territory for careers in the construction-utility industry.

  • • Over 1,200 people have graduated from PowerPathway
  • • 87% of graduates employed in the construction-utility industry, 70% of graduates self-identifying as minorities, 48% as military veterans and 12% as females

PG&E PowerPathway™ is now accepting applications for the 2024 Entry to Electric Operations program in the South Bay - a customized 8-week program that includes 320 hours of technical training, soft skills, hands-on construction, pole and tower climbing, and on the job training that will strengthen your candidacy for roles at PG&E in Electric Operations.
