What is the PG&E PowerPathway™ Program?
The PG&E PowerPathway Program was created in 2008 to train individuals throughout PG&E’s service territory for careers in the construction-utility industry.
- • PowerPathway programs are typically 4-8wks., free, unpaid, training consisting of both classroom and hands-on learning.
- • Over 1,200 people have graduated from PowerPathway
- • 87% of graduates employed in the construction-utility industry, 70% of graduates self-identifying as minorities, 48% as military veterans and 12% as females
PG&E’s PowerPathway™ is now accepting applications for the 2024 Entry to Traffic Control program in the South Bay— a free and customized, 200-hour pre-apprenticeship and career preparation course that will strengthen your candidacy for roles at PG&E as a Traffic Control Flagger.
