• Age 18+
• Resident of San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Saratoga, Campbell, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, or unincorporated Santa Clara County
• U.S. work authorization
• High School Diploma or GED
• Meet low-income status (Note: FAFSA completion required)

• Over 1,200 people have graduated from PowerPathway
• 87% of graduates employed in the construction-utility industry, 70% of graduates self-identifying as minorities, 48% as military veterans and 12% as females

Trades Orientation Program [TOPS]

• TOP is a free, one-year, training program for people looking to start a career in the construction trades.
• 80% of graduates go on to employment or admission into an apprenticeship program, where they earn while they perfect their skills.
• Applications are only accepted three times a year.
