Join our 9-month Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy & EKG program starting October 14, 2025, and train with Bay Area Medical Academy to earn three nationally recognized certifications while gaining hands-on experience through a clinical externship with top Bay Area employers like Stanford Health Care, UCSF, and Kaiser. What You’ll Gain:

What is the PG&E PowerPathway™ Program?
• The PG&E PowerPathway Program was created in 2008 to train individuals throughout PG&E’s service territory for careers in the construction-utility industry.

• PowerPathway programs are typically 4-8wks., free, unpaid, training consisting of both classroom and hands-on learning.
• Over 1,200 people have graduated from PowerPathway
• 87% of graduates employed in the construction-utility industry, 70% of graduates self-identifying as minorities, 48% as military veterans and 12% as females

Trades Orientation Program [TOPS]

•  TOP is a free, one-year, training program for people looking to start a career in the construction trades.
• 80% of graduates go on to employment or admission into an apprenticeship program, where they earn while they perfect their skills.
• Applications are only accepted three times a year.
