Are you ready to learn a new digital skill and have the opportunity to earn an industry-recognized certification?
The RPA [Robotic Process Automation] Bot Developer training program is an online, interactive, instructor-led course that will teach you how to build and develop software automation processes that can streamline any company's online presence. The RPA Bot Developer training opportunity is a work2future young adult program made available by grant funding for individuals between the ages of 18 and 24.
No experience, no problem! This program will teach you everything you need to be successful. Training is provided by PeopleShores, utilizing the Automation Anywhere training and technology platform, to equip young people in the Santa Clara County area with technology skills that will help them succeed in today's new digital landscape.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Ten weeks of part-time training [25 hours per week, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday]
Openings for up to ten trainees are available
No experience required
$25.31 per hour
Available for applicants ages 18-24 [see notes]
RPA Bot Developer certification will be awarded through Automation Anywhere University upon successful completion of training
Most training is remote, with one day per week at the work2future Career Center [1608 Las Plumas Avenue, San Jose]
Computer access can be provided for the duration of the training if needed

IMPORTANT DATES
Sunday, March 5, 2023, at 11:59 pm, is the last day to submit an application- Join a one-hour virtual information session on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 10:00 am, for more details [optional]
- Interviews will take place in early March
- Onboarding and orientation will be scheduled individually within 10 days prior to the start date
- The first day of training is Monday, March 27, 2023
