Disability Awareness Day
The City of San José invites you to be a part of its 17th Annual Disability Awareness Day, held each October in honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). This free community event celebrates empowerment, inclusion, and access to opportunities for all.
This year, we are excited to continue the dedicated job and career fair aspect of the event, connecting employers and organizations like yours with talented individuals who are eager to contribute their skills and passion to the workforce. By participating, you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet motivated job seekers from across the Bay Area
- Highlight your company’s commitment to inclusion and equitable hiring
- Build meaningful connections with community partners and local leaders

- Date & Time: Thursday, October 30, 2025 | 10:00 am – 1:00 pmLocation: San José City Hall Plaza & Rotunda, 200 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA 95113
- Overview: Resource fair, career/job fair, food trucks, quiet space, and remarks from local leaders
- We Provide: One table & two chairs. You will be located inside the Rotunda, so no pop-up canopies will be needed/provided
- You Bring: Tablecloth (branded/unbranded), handouts, display items, and additional chairs if desired.
