Bookkeeping and Accounting | Intermediate
In the Intermediate Bookkeeping and Accounting workshop, you will learn how the recording of financial transactions leads to the management of an organization’s finances. After delving deeper into the Balance Sheet,
Profit and Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement, you will learn the bookkeeping process from start to finish. Upon completion of this workshop, students will be able to describe:
• intermediate accounting terminology and concepts
• generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• double-entry accounting theory and practice (debits and credits and T-accounts)
Prerequisites: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel experience, and completion of Basic Bookkeeping and Accounting required.
